Richard Blair Barkley

Blair was a loving father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend. He had a successful career as a contractor for 30+ years.

He enjoyed fishing, traveling, Nascar, playing cards, but above all he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his mother, Pat Trotter of Holden Beach; father, Freddie Barkley (Elaine) of Marion, SC; Partner, Tricia Watch of Shallotte ; daughter, Alexis Douglas (Kodie) of Evergreen; son, Richard Barkley (Ashley) of Leland; son, Terry Ramsey (Judy) of Leland; sister, Traci Quinlan (Joe) of Myrtle Beach; brother, Charles Trotter, Jr. of Charlotte; grandchildren, Collin Douglas, AJ and Aubrey Barkley; nephews, Joey and Alex Quinlan; and niece Sarah Quinlan.

A celebration of life will be Sunday, October 16, 2022 at two o'clock in the afternoon at White Funeral and Cremation Service, 3660 Express Drive. Shallotte, North Carolina.

The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
