Mr. Woodard was born August 8, 1954 in Minnesota, son of the late John William Woodard, Sr. and Merlyn Flavila Woodard. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Woodard enjoyed working on cars and building motors to drag race. He was an avid gun collector and enjoyed shooting as well as spending time with his daughter and grandson.
Survivors include his daughter Lisa Marie Hood and husband William of Supply; brothers, Jim Woodard of Minnesota, Jerry Woodard of Minnesota, Larry Woodard of Florida, David Woodard of Minnesota, and Kelly Woodard of Virginia; sisters, Nancy Weber of Minnesota, and Kim Green of Illinois; and his grandson whom he loved so much, Zachary Hood of Supply.
