It is with great sorrow we mourn the loss of Christopher Michael Lowery, age 42, of Supply, North Carolina who passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023. Christopher was born April 15, 1981 in Alamance County, NC and was the beloved son of Lloyd Charles “Nat” Lowery of Hope Mills, NC and Debra Alcon of Supply, NC.
Survivors in addition to his parents include his brother, Lloyd Charles "Ted" Lowery Jr. of Burgaw, NC; his fiancée, Kaylee Rouse of Supply, NC; two daughters, Erin Nicole Lowery and Kaitlin Paige Lowery; his grandmother, Barbara Smith of Hope Mills, NC; and three grandchildren Stacie Marie, Macy Shea, and Dorothy “Faye”; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and, last but not least, Hershey and Hookah, his furry siblings. Christopher was predeceased by his “Mammaw” Faye Taylor Alcon and “Pawpaw” Carl Leonard Alcon, his “Pops” Willie Lowery, and his Uncle Tom Lowery.
Chris loved God and his family. He was a christian. He enjoyed cooking, and everything he prepared was delicious. He loved his truck, and he loved fishing and boating. He enjoyed landscaping and he loved his tomato plants. His big smile could light up a room, he had big heart, and he never met a stranger. He loved playing ball with Hershey and kissing Hookah.
Chris will be in our hearts forever.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service in his honor on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at one o'clock in the afternoon at White Funeral and Cremation Service Lou White Memorial Chapel, 3660 Express Drive, Shallotte, NC. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
