Margaret Louise Davies Benedict, age 96, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 8, 2024.
She was born in Manhattan NY, raised in Rutherford New Jersey and moved to Florida (St. Pete Beach) at age 20 where she remained all her days. Our mom, grandma, great grandma and great-great grandma will be truly missed as much as she was loved. Her son, Harvey Benedict and two daughters, Genny Bernet and Carol Rolfes (Deceased Barb Barber and Laura Bartsch) along with her 11 grandchildren (Benedict, Barber, Mayer, Bartsch and Rolfes families), 10 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren will continue to treasure her along with memories of her sacrificial love, endless patience and loyalty to her family and friends. She was loved by all and never met a stranger. We will miss you mom but we are glad you are set free from that old person you saw in the mirror every morning, asking - who is that?
