She was born in Chicago, Illinois May 21, 1947, the daughter of Albert and Mary “McKeever” Moreau. Donna and her husband, William E. “Bill” moved to Safety Harbor in 2009 from Chicago, where she worked as a real estate agent.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, William E. Jarvis, Jr. and his wife, Melanie; daughters, Cherie Moody and her husband, Bill, Lisabeth Jarvis and her husband, Mark Ruble, and Bridget Garrett and her husband, Matt; a brother, Albert “Joe” Moreau and his wife, Bonnie; Eleven grandchildren and two great grandsons.
Visitation held 10:00 a.m. until service time at 12:00 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2014 at Garden Sanctuary Funeral Home. Interment following the service at Garden Sanctuary Cemetery.
