Michael C. Miller

Originally from Hoboken, Michael “Mike” C. Miller was the son of Michael F. Miller and Anna (Miele) Miller. Mike and his beloved wife, Susan (Reynolds) Miller, resided together in Secaucus for 52 years. Mike was the loving father to Michael R. Miller and his wife Toni (Catanzaro) Miller, and cherished grandfather to Sabrina and Marina Miller. Mike was a dear relative of Roseanna Spina, Christopher and JoAnn Mulvaney, Richard Reynolds, Tim and Celie Reynolds, Sal and Marilyn Catanzaro, and Dominic and Marie Manderano. Mike adored his nieces and nephews Thomas and Margaret Spina, Tim and Melissa Reynolds, Leigh (Reynolds) and Don Klein, Dawn (Mulvaney) and Greg Kwasnicki, and Chris and Sue Mulvaney.

Mike was a Vietnam combat veteran where he was awarded a Bronze Star for valor and earned the rank of Sergeant in the U.S. Army.

Mike was a proud member of IUOE Local 68 where he served as the Chief Engineer of Garden State Plaza mall for most of his career. Mike was a licensed electrician who also worked for Hudson County and was previously a longshoreman. Mike was also a dedicated member of the Secaucus community, coaching youth football and baseball for many years.

Mike relished his dedication and loyalty to his work and volunteerism as much as he did vacation and travel with family and friends. Mike enjoyed visiting theme parks, exploring National Parks in the American Southwest, swimming in his backyard pool, and spending time at his family’s beach house in Manasquan.

A visitation for Mike will be held Sunday, November 19th from 12 to 4PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ. A Funeral Home Prayer Service will occur Sunday, November 19th at 3:30 PM. His cremation will be private.
