Mary Wirth

Mary Wirth, age 90, of Secaucus, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023. Mary was born and raised to the late Jack and Matilda Impomeni in Hoboken, NJ and eventually settled here in Secaucus about 70 years ago. She was a teacher for many years before retiring in 2005 from the Wallace School of Hoboken. Mary is the beloved wife of the late Gunther Wirth, Mother of Laurie Ralph, and the late Gunther Jr.; Grandmother to Christopher Hernandez and his wife Tracy, Brad Hernandez and his wife Nicole, and Lauren; great grandmother of Stephanie, Christopher, Cody, Lea, and Nate; great great grandmother of Anthony, and Lyana; Along with Marys Parents, Jack & Matilda, she was predeceased by her husband Gunther, son Gunther Jr., her sister Gabriel Impomeni; and Son-in-law Alvaro Hernandez. There will be a viewing for Mary from 8:30am-10:30am on Friday February 24, 2023, at Mack Memorial Funeral Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, New Jersey 07094. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at the Immaculate Conception Church, 1219 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, New Jersey 07094. Thence to Holy Cross Cemetery 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington, New Jersey 07031.
