Mike honorably served his country, all over the world, with his wife Nancy and son Jim, until he retired in 1986 after 20 years in the Air Force. They chose to return to the Seattle area, shortly after adopting their second son Justin, to settle near family and begin the next chapter of their lives.
Mike loved classic cars and enjoyed going to car shows, and meeting with his many car club friends, also winning lots of awards for his beloved 74 Duster. His eldest son Jim, has been following in his footsteps and his Grandsons are showing interest too.
Mike is survived by his wife Nancy, of 50 years, his brother Jerry and his wife Cheryl, his two sons Jim and Justin, daughter-law Amanda and two grandsons Josh and Andrew.
Please join his family for a graveside celebration of Mike's life. There will be a parade of classic cars, to begin the celebration, so if you have a classic, please bring it and join in.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you might make a donation to "The Wounded Warriors Project", in Mikes name.
Happy Moparing!
