C. Elise Ritchie was born in Portland, Oregon, on September 14, 1911, and died in Seattle, Washington, on April 27, 2012.
She was married to the late Edward F. Ritchie and was the beloved mother of John and Galen Ritchie, grandmother of Jennifer, James, Michael, and Katherine Ritchie, and great-grandmother of Lily and Penelope Kyle. A long-time resident of Seattle, she was office manager for her husband's manufacturers' representative business. She volunteered with the Museum of History and Industry and Northwest Hospital reference library. She was an avid reader and expert seamstress.
The funeral service is Saturday, June 2, at 3:00 p.m. at Acacia Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 14951 Bothell Way N.E.
