Mr. Billy Mark Rowell, age 70, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024.

A visitation for Billy will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home, 1000 S Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159. A celebration of life will occur Wednesday, July 24, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at New Haven Baptist Church, 10110 Rylie Rd, Dallas, TX 75217. A committal service will occur Wednesday, July 24, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1000 S Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas 75159.
