Barbara Ann Alford, age 79, went to be with her Lord on March 30, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. She entered into life on January 30, 1944 in Dallas, Texas to Randall and Edna Waldrop. She married George W. Alford and they were together for thirty years. She worked as receptionist at McCaull, Partkhurst, and Horton for more than thirty years.
In her spare time Barbara enjoyed going to church, working in her yard, and going shopping at Thrift Stores.
Her family and friends will always remember her as being the best mother in the world. She had a kind, nurturing spirit that touched many lives.
Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Randall and Edna; her brothers, Jerry and Ronnie; and her stepchildren, Willa and George.
She is survived by numerous family members who will miss her dearly.
