Roberta Maxine Farr passed away on June 23, 2016 at her home. ‘Berta’, as she was lovingly known to many in her family, was born March 11, 1927 in Coffeyville, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Farr, and her son, Marjoe Weniger. Roberta is survived by her brother, Melvin Sprague, three stepchildren, Dennis Farr, Donna Pritchett and Pam Rives, 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was the consummate optimist, always finding the good in people and every situation. Roberta had many talents, one of which was a prolific green thumb. Family and friends were spoiled by homemade jams and jellies. Her life was full of love and smiles. We smile for her today. A celebration of Berta’s life will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016, 9:00 am, at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
