Robert John Elliott

Robert graduated from Christ Lutheran School, Camelback High School, and earned a bachelor’s degree in music from Arizona State University. His true talent was as an organist and hearing him play was always a thrill. Bob played the organ primarily at Christ Church Lutheran throughout the years. He was a member of the Arizona Chapter of the American Organist Guild.

He earned his EMT and worked as a paramedic at Southwest Ambulance for 32 years. He often had interesting stories associated with his years on the job.

Our family called him Uncle Buck or U.B. for short. Old friends called him Bob, and countless other friends called him Toby.

Uncle Buck is survived by his sister Kathy Drevitson-Babcock (Ross), nieces Jennifer Rockrich-Arena, Robyn Roope (John), Erika Drevitson (Gary), nephew Dr. John Elliott (Ferdi). His great nieces and nephews are Hutton Morse, Lucas Rockrich, Elie Rockrich, Lucia Roope, and Jack Roope. He is preceded in death by his brother Jim Elliott.

Funeral services will be held January 6th, 2023, at 2pm at Christ Church Lutheran, located at 3901 E. Indian School Road Phoenix, Arizona 85018.
