Karen was born on November 19, 1951 in Kinglsey, Iowa to Milton and Betty Petersen. She graduated from Scottsdale High School. Karen married her loving husband, David Craig in 1973. Karen worked for Scottsdale Heath Care. She loved to sew and play bingo with her friends. She also enjoyed spending time with family, camping, and shopping. Karen will be dearly missed by all of those who knew her.
Karen is survived by her husband, David A Craig; her sons, Michael D Craig and Steven A Craig; her grandchildren, Kayla M Hanson, Colton M Craig, Kristen A Craig, Wiley A Craig, Kayden M Craig, and Dylan K Craig; and two siblings, Ronald M Petersen and Jeanette F Accourso.
Karen is preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly L Craig.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the home of Steven Craig at 12:30 pm on November 28, 2021 at 18211 N 66th Lane, Glendale, Arizona 85308. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Karen’s life.
