She was born in Poca, West Virginia on August 30, 1939.
Carol graduated from Gallia Academy High School. Later, she married to Gene Zelechowski in Tempe, Arizona where Carol had provided love and support as a caregiver and homemaker.
She no doubt had a few passions such as gardening, woodworking and enjoying nature at their Cabin in Forest Lakes, Arizona.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband Gene Zelechowski, son David Zelechowski, her parents Martin & Elsie Polcyn and siblings Daniel, James, Michael, Rosemary, Sally, Donald, Phyllis and Edward.
She is survived by her children, Donald and Mike Zelechowski, siblings Robert, Margie, Virginia, and John, as well as her 10 Grandchildren.
