Carol Ann Lacy

Carol Ann Lacy, 64, of Greeley, CO, formerly of Scottsbluff, died Saturday, September 4, 2010 at her home. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff with Pastor Michael Stein officiating. Cremation has taken place and inurnment will be at Chapel of Peace Mausoleum at Sunset Memorial Park in Scottsbluff. A memorial has been established to Festival of Hope. Carol was born September 29, 1945 in Scottsbluff to Carl and Rose (Zeiler) Weiss. She graduated from Scottsbluff High School and married Richard Lacy March 15, 1968 in Scottsbluff. Carol worked at Hallmark Gift Shop and Panhandle COOP. She and Richard moved to Wheatland, WY in 1981 and in 1999 moved to Greeley, CO. She loved doing crafts, flowers, spending time with her children and grandchildren and playing cards with family and friends. Carol is survived by her husband Richard; daughters: Heather (John) Tone and their son Evan of Truckee, CA, and Ginger (Sean) Gill and their daughter Keira of Loveland, CO; brothers: Marvin, Ron, Harlan, Steve and Jack Weiss all of Scottsbluff. Preceding her in death were her parents and sister Marlene.
