TIBBETTS, Walter I. of Scituate formerly of Braintree, passed away on October 6, 2011, at the age of 83.
Loving husband of 54 years to Joanne (Smith). Devoted father of Susan Torres of Hanover, Bruce Tibbetts of Richland, WA, and Gail Varrasso of Scituate. Also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to attend visiting hours on Sunday, October 9th from 6PM to 8PM. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Monday, October 10thth at 11AM in the First Trinitarian Congregational Church, 381 Country Way, Scituate, MA 02066. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Trinitarian Congregational Church.
