Your Dad and I joined the Caballeros Alumni the same year on 2007. We came from two diffident Drum Corps but hit it off quickly. 
I was honored to play several horn features with Bill and  the funnest memory was when he had a “Horn malfunction during a performance” 
At first he was upset until he viewed the video. We laughed like crazy. 
It was an honor to have know him and our friendship will last forever. 
Thank you for sharing him with the Hawthorne Caballeros , he has left a lasting mark in our hearts and will forever be know as the Greatest Mellophone player in the 75 years of the Drum Corps.
