It is with a heavy heart that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother Jeane Griffiths on October 20, 2024 at the age of 94 at Thomson House in North York.
Devoted wife of the late Sydney Griffiths (1929-2013) for 73 years.
Loving mother of Lynn (Brad) and Russell (Halyna).
Cherished grandmother of Ryan (Laurie), Tyler and Jake and great grandmother of Harlee, Koewyn and Liam.
Loving sister of the late Joan (Dave), late Jack (Alta), Joyce (Russ), Don (Elaine), Fay (Joe), late Eileen (Vic) and Gloria (Ralph).
She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Beloved daughter of Russell and Vivien Mowatt of Burk's Falls.
Jeane will be remembered for her love and kindness for family and friends, her love of golf and all things sports, and of course cottage life.
According to her wishes her ashes will be laid to rest with Syd at a later date.
