She was born on September 25, 1948 in Jackson, Georgia to Marlon and Nannie Thomas. She married Richard Coleman and together they raised six children, Richard (Alicia) Coleman, Jr., Rachel Brown, Renee Pinkney, Ritchie (Latronda) Coleman, Reginald (Maria) Coleman and Rodriguez Coleman.
Elloweese worked as a HST at Georgia regional Hospital and dedicated her life to her family and friends. A unique soul, Elloweese was very caring and enjoyed spending quality time with her grandchildren.
Elloweese leaves behind six children, thirteen grandchildren, two sisters, Virginia Clark and AzzleaneThomas, a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She will be missed by all who loved her.
