NOLAN, Thomas Ross – Peacefully started his journey to the spirit world at the Sault Area Hospital on Thursday, March 17, 2016 in his 70th year. Survived by his loving wife Barbara of 48 years. Proud father of Colleen, Christopher, Mike (Darlene), Dennis and Tommy John (Samantha). Much loved Grandpa of Trey, Chad, Kaylee, Darla, Stacey, Christopher, Aiden, Anna, Danielle, Brent, Nigel, Gavin, Alex and Mackenzie. Son of the late Stan and Rose. Dear brother of the late Rod (Eileen), late Katie (late Albert), late Rita (late Joe), late Rick (Lorraine), late Arlene (Charlie), Barbara, late Terry (late Marie), Joe, Ted (Sandra), Steve (Colleen) and Janice (Shawn). Thomas will be sadly missed by his in-laws and his many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, March 20, 2016 from 6 until 9 pm. Funeral service will be held from the chapel on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 11 am. Lana Grawbarger officiating. Cremation to follow with interment at the Garden River Anglican Cemetery on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 12 pm. Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Algoma Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
