CHEVALIER, Gordon Charles – Passed away suddenly surrounded by his family on Friday, October 16, 2015 at the age of 76. Cherished father of Daniel (Phyllis) of Sault Ste. Marie and David (Maggie) of Greenwood, Nova Scotia. Proud grandpa of Nathan (Vanessa), Genevieve (Ryan), Jordan, and Cailey. Son of the late Harry and Marguerite. Dear brother of Robert (Joan) and the late Sister Joyce Byers (late Howard). Gordon will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Best friend of Tom Robertson. Proudly served as a police officer for 29 years in the city of Montreal. Serving member of Lions Club 1000 Islands District. At his request there will be a private gathering at a later date. Memorial donations to be made to the Lions Club 1000 Island District would be greatly appreciated.
