Beloved wife of the late Bill. Loving mother of Sharon Mooney (late Rick) and Janice Lefave (Harvey). Dear daughter of the late Giuseppe and Marietta Romani. Dear sister of the late Edera Pozzebon (late Joe), Nancy Biocchi (late Terry), late Agrippino (Grapes) Romani (Phyllis), late Sabino Romani (late Rena). Predeceased by sisters and brother-in-laws Jean Ross (Jim), Virginia Bresnhan (Dan), Irene Hall (Eugene), Margaret Kinahan (John), Catherine Madill (Ken) and Patrick Gilmore (Isabel). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass to be celebrated from St. Gregory’s Church on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 11:30 am. Rev. Alex Saurianthadathil officiating. Our thanks to Dr. Febbaro who always had time to see our mother and for his kindness he has shown our family over the years. Thanks also to Arlene his receptionist for many years until her retirement and also to his nurse Denise. You both have always been very kind and caring towards our mother and it was very much appreciated. We are grateful to mom’s Bayshore nurses (Pat and Cathy). We were very blessed to have your help. Your kindness and caring will remain in our hearts. Thanks to Dr. Nadia Bowen for all her kindness at the SAH. Thanks also to everyone at ARCH for their compassion and support and for taking wonderful care of our mom’s needs during her stay. Elsie was a life time member of the Electra Marconi Society. Memorial contributions to ARCH, SAH Foundation, Heart and Stoke Foundation, or the SSM Humane Society would be appreciated. Thank you God for the gift and blessing of our mother. We are comforted in knowing YOU love her even more than we do. Thank you mom for giving us life, for correcting us when we needed it and for loving us enough to tell us the truth whether we liked to hear it or not.
