WHITE, Catherine – Peacefully after her courageous battle with cancer at ARCH on Monday, September 30, 2013 at the age of 62. Loving wife, soul mate and best friend of Ken for 44 years. Beloved mother of Cynthia White (Taeji) and Jason White. Special grandmother to Ben and Sean O’Neil. Daughter of June Conway (late Wallace). Dear sister of Wally Conway (Marie), Ed Conway (Debbie), Tom Conway (Rita) and Kerry Conway. Daughter-in-law of Roberta White (late Donald). Sister-in-law of Donna Irving (Gary) and Steve White (Helen). Also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Catherine will be fondly remembered by her many good friends. Catherine had a great passion and love for family, life and her Christian faith. She had many and varied interests including painting, photography, golfing, gardening and pottery. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, October 4, 2013 from 6 – 9 pm. Visitation will also take place at the St. Joseph Island Free Methodist Church (1589 Hilton Road) on Saturday, October 5 from 9:30 – 10:30 am followed by the funeral service at 11 am. Pastor Adrian Collins officiating. Interment West Korah Cemetery. Memorial contributions to ARCH would be appreciated by the family.
