With overwhelming sadness in our hearts, we have had to say good-bye to the most amazing, loving, caring, supportive and funniest man Ronald Charles Fulcher on October 4, 2021. 2 days shy of his 80th Birthday.
Ron was born in London England, United Kingdom on October 6, 1941. He graduated from Harold Road Secondary School in his early teens.
Ron met the love of his life Pamela Kay Fulcher in 1964; they later married on September 24 1966.
Ron and Pam moved to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada in 1968 and had their first daughter Deborah Kay Segovia (Fulcher) in 1970. They then moved to Richmond British Columbia in 1972 and had their second child Catherine Ann Fulcher in 1973. They moved to Saskatoon in 1975 and still reside in the home they raised their family in.
Ron was not only the most amazing husband and father but he became the most incredible Grandad to his treasured grandchildren. Connor Joseph Segovia (Wife, Chantelle Elizabeth Segovia) born October 18, 1993, Chloe Janel Fulcher born August 26, 2001 and Kira Ann Fulcher born November 26,2005. Ron was the best Grandad ever made. He loved his grandchildren with all of his heart and soul.
Ron was loved by not only his family but by everyone that ever had the blessing to meet him. He has touched so many lives and will forever be missed.
Ron was the most loyal West Ham United Football (Soccer) fan. He has a large collection of memorabilia and he never missed a game.
Ron’s final wishes were to ask people to celebrate his life; he did not want a big memorial. He was cremated on October 7, 2021 and his cremated remains will be scattered according to his wishes.
Ron wrote these beautiful words to his family “Remember that I will watch over you all, and when you see your shadow, wave to it because that’s me and I will wave back at you”.
