Lynn Kozak

April 25, 1953 – May 31, 2016

Lynn Gary Kozak was born on April 25, 1953 and passed away peacefully on May 31, 2016.  He is survived by his wife Jacqueline Kozak; and her children Michael Hampden and Kaitlin Wilson. He is also survived by his sisters Donna (Mac Savage), Darcy (Terry Hogan), Patty, Cathy (Wes Noble); and nieces and nephews and extended family. He was predeceased by his father Nick (1984); mother Patricia (2012); brother Myron (1995); brother-in-law Glen Bindle (2010); and step-father William Trischuk (2009). Lynn was a farmer and collected stamps and coins from a young age. He was recently a resident of Porteous Lodge. His family would like to express appreciation to the wonderful staff for the compassionate care he received. We gratefully acknowledge Frank Painchaud and his family for many years of kindness and friendship. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 10, 2016 at Windsor Chapel (704 Windsor St.) in Saskatoon.
