I just learned of Bruce's passing and wanted to add my sincere condolences to his family.  I knew Bruce from his days working in logistics and coached baseball a few season with him and his sons.  Great guy and the world is a better place because of Bruce,  RIP my friend.

I was so sorry to hear of Bruce’s passing, and wish to send our deepest sympathy to you and Jonathan and William.  My thoughts go back to Calgary where we were fortunate to enjoy the warm friendship of the Barton Family, and Dorothy and I compared notes on bringing up sons.  Bruce was a son to be proud of.  It is good to remember your visit to Calgary, Stella.

I always remember Bruce with an smile in his face and responding “Buenos Dias” to my “Good Morning”. Was a pleasure works with him at IRD as he was kind and very knowledge in his field. My deepest condolences to his family.

My condolences to Mrs. Barton and the family. I worked with Bruce at IRD for several years. I appreciated his humour, wit and knowledge . He had a very relaxed nature and was easy to communicate with. He always had a cheerful hello no matter where I met him. He was definitely one of a kind and a good co-worker.
