William B. Rowand, 83, of Sarasota, FL, formerly of Lake Hopatcong, NJ, passed away on Nov. 17, 2014.
He was born in Brooklyn, NY, to Henry Rowand and Caroline Koch-Loricchio.
William was a member of the American Legion and the Knights of Columbus. He is a veteran of the United States Marines.
William is survived by his children Lynda, William J., David, Theresa, Carolann, and Dorothy; brother, Richard; 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wed. Nov. 19, 2014 from 11am – 2pm at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home. A Graveside service will immediately follow.
