Wallace (Wally) Thompson Hall , 82, died in Sarasota on Saturday Feb. 7, 2015. He was born in Columbus , Ohio and graduated from Worthington High School where he played varsity baseball. He attended Ohio State University before spending two years in the U.S. Army. He owned and operated the W.T.Hall Construction Co. in Columbus, Ohio. before moving to Sarasota in 1979. In Sarasota, he was an owner of Walrus Construction Co., before his retirement. He is predeceased by mother Corolla Wittke Thompson, beloved adoptive parents Gertrude (Wittke) and Clifford Hall, brother Jack Thompson, and son Doug Hall. He leaves behind his wife of 58 years, June, of Sarasota, his daughter Karen (Jeff) McFarlin of Cookeville, TN. daughter Julie (Ken) Karlock of Columbus, OH, grandaughter Stacey (James) and great grandson Elijah Frederick, of Osprey, FL.
