Loving wife of the late Gerald Bamberger, mother of the late Gale (Philip Davis), Richard (Barbara), Annette (Marc Lieber), and Peter (Ellen); devoted grandmother to Jonah (Ayelet), Corina Bazelet (William Cloete), Sivan (Eran Shimoni), Daniel (Rachel), Rachel (Keith Hofmann), Talia, Maya, Zachary, Sarah, and Noa; dear great-grandmother to Liam, Natan, Ella, Nevo, Tavor, Arbel, Noah, and Ethan; loving sister-in-law of Vera Hirtz; beloved by numerous cousins, nieces and friends. Escaped from Germany during Nazi rule, spent the war years with Quakers in England, emigrated to the U.S., served as a nurse before raising a family. Funeral arrangements are private.
