Michael Boyde Walden

Michael graduated from Riverview High School, and was the owner and operator of Big Muffler Shop since the early 1970’s. He was a Mustang lover who entered his Mach One Mustang in the car shows, a lover of NASCAR and liked to collect NASCAR memorabilia. Michael was a big sports fan cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay Rays.

Michael is survived by his wife, Linda Walden, his son Billy McCall (Sharlene Redhawk), and his son Jimmy McCall (Rhonda McCall), his brother Mark, his granddaughter Monica Guevara (Tony Guevara), his granddaughter Whitney Grayson (John Grayson), his grandson Tyler McCall (Kiana McCall), his granddaughter Megan McCall, his grandson Ryan McCall, And great grandchildren: Noah, Lucas, Maycie, Averie and Elijah.

Michael was preceded in death by his father William Boyd Walden and his mother Lillian Hawthorne; his sister Linda and his brother David.

Michael was loved by all and will be sadly missed.

A graveside service for Michael will be held Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232.
