John Patrick Meyer, 79, of Sarasota, formerly of Yonkers, N.Y. died July 25, 2011.
Visitation will be held at 2 p.m., with memorial service to follow at 3 p.m. Saturday at National Cremation & Burial Society, 2990 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota, FL.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Patricia; son, John Jr.; daughters, Debi Perrault, Laura Strong, Lynn Robeson and Patricia Cruse; 13 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
