If you knew our mom, Diane Jemas Pulice, then you know that she was a force of nature. At 92 years of age, she fought like a warrior for the last two weeks of her life. She got through Hurricane Ian - surprising all the Tidewell Hospice staff. The day after the hurricane, Friday, September 30th, we were able to spend about 30 - 40 minutes with her. As we prayed over her and blessed her, she closed her eyes and then opened them - letting us know all is well. She took her last breath as we prayed and blessed her. Her favorite rosary beads had been gently placed in her hands. We believe she waited for her daughters to be by her side before letting go. We opened the door so her spirit could soar.
She is now with her soulmate husband, Frank Pulice, of 62 years who passed in 2016.
Her daughters Mary Egan (Rich Egan) and JoAnn Pulice (Tim Farrow), Grandchildren Chris Brooks (Heather Brooks), Lex Pulice-Farrow (Halden Ingwersen) and Matthew Egan and Great grandchildren Ashtyn and Ivy Brooks, will hold all the fun, crazy, beautiful memories in their hearts forever.
We love you mom, Nama, Yia Yia.
Love never ends💞
