JoAnne Harbin, age 70, left to be with her heavenly Father on September 14, 2012. Born on January 29, 1942, in Selma, Alabama and grew up in Coy, Alabama and moved to Chickasaw where she lived for the last forty years. She was preceded by her first husband Paul Morgan and her mother Allene Bridges. She leaves to cherish her memories a devoted husband, Albert Sidney “Sonny” Harbin, five children, Shellene (Ricky) McLean, Matthew (Donna) Morgan, and Mark (Ellen) Morgan, Kevin (Racheal) Harbin and LeeAnn Harbin, and one brother, James R. Bridges, 9 grandchildren Libby Harbin, Ben Morgan, Brooke Morgan, Anne Marie Morgan, Molly Morgan, James Morgan, Blake Donavan, and Trevor Harbin, Simmie Harbin and numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 16 from 5-8 at Radney’s Funeral Home in Saraland. Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 17 at 10:00 at Radney’s. Interment will be in Valhalla Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
