She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul White and her parents, Raymond and Venara Squires.
Arlene is lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Deeann White Lynch (Jeremy) and Rachael White; her three grandchildren, Dustin Ridgway, Angel Peterson Pope (Lane), and Dylan Peterson; and her great grandchild, Luka Peterson. She is also survived by her two sisters, Carol Squires Long (Robert) and Beverly Squires Steber(Tommy), who shared many cherished memories with her throughout the years.
She was a devoted member of Bayou Sara Baptist Church, Arlene served faithfully on the benevolence committee for many years. Her dedication to helping others reflected her kind and generous spirit.
Arlene had a love for creating unique dishes and pastries that delighted her loved ones, especially her grandchildren. She also found great joy in gardening and cultivating beautiful flowers. Above all else, she treasured the time spent with her family, which brought her the greatest happiness.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May her legacy of love and kindness continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to share in her life.
Visitation for Arlene will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Bayou Sara Baptist Church, Saraland, Alabama. The Funeral Service will be held at the church at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Saraland, Alabama.
