Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Sally Kuk Sim Yao, age 75, passed away at home on August 14, 2021 surrounded by her children. She immigrated to the United States to start a new life with the love of her life. She will always be remembered as someone who was funny, loving, thoughtful, and was never disappointed in any gifts you gave her because she was a large proponent of “It’s the thought that counts.” She had a beautiful voice and a strong love for Chinese opera, but she loved to eat good food, seafood, and dim sum even more. She will be missed dearly by all. May she rest in peace in heaven, and be reunited with the ones she had lost too soon.
