As a teenager Jodi worked at her family owned restaurant, Teixeria’s cafe. She had a stint in construction before transitioning into the HVAC business where she excelled in sales at FixAir for twenty four years.
Jodi was an avid reader and her favorite show was ‘I Love Lucy’. She was always excited about annual family trips to the snow. She also really enjoyed Reno, Disneyland, concerts, and the local movie theaters. She was a heavy collector of Elvis Presley, as well as pins, marbles and bells.
Jodi was active in the community frequently volunteering with her daughters as a cheer coach. She was an animal lover, adoring her two dogs Bam Bam & Bubby.
Jodi was generously kind, strong, and loyal who always put her loved ones first. She loved her children and granddaughters very much and spent time with them as often as possible. She was witty at times and always respectful to everyone she met.
Jodi’s smile and overall presence will be greatly missed and forever loved.
Jodi was Preceded in Death by her father Edward Sr. and her brother Edward Jr. She was survived by her mother Saundra, sister Julie, brother Matthew, sister-in-law Robin, children Robbie, Wendi, Tiffany, son in law Robert, and granddaughters Jasmine and Mila.
A visitation for Jodi will be held Sunday, November 6, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Rosary at 6:00 PM at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 North Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St. Clare Church, 725 Washington St, Santa Clara, CA 95050.
