Harlan Noble Howard, age 90, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2017, surrounded by family. He was born in Dodge City, Kansas on May 28, 1927, to Harry Hale Howard and Vita Alma Moore. He was the youngest of 4 siblings.
He graduated from Lindsay High School in 1945 and attended Woodbury College in Los Angeles, CA and studied Business of Arts and Design.
Harlan served in the navy as a first-class seaman prior to working as an engineering consultant.
He then owned and founded the Industrial Control Services and worked as an engineering manager at Western Progress until he retired.
Harlan had many talents including painting, singing, and dancing, and was a very dedicated inventor. Above all, he loved his family.
His favorite memory was when he took his children exploring at Lake Tahoe when they were young.
He is survived by his wife, Angie von Albert; five sons Jerry, Ken, Tim, Gary, and Craig and their spouses; his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
