Mr. Bell was a great person. He was my 6th grade core teacher. We had good memories in his class. We will always miss him.

Mr Bell was my most favorite teacher. Whenever I walked into his classroom, a smile brought up on my face. There were times I wouldn’t have the best day but after core, I would be laughing and smiling my heart out. I met some of my closest friends in Mr Bells class, Sara, Ximena, Paola, Elise and so much more. In Mr Bell’s class, it was almost like we were all a family. I loved all of Mr Bells stories and he taught so well. Rest In Peace Mr Bell. PM core loves you ❤️❤️😣

Randy Bell was my 6th grade core teacher in 2006. He was a wonderful teacher and person. He made history compelling and engaging to someone like myself who never quite had a knack for the subject. I met some of my closest friends in his class, and I proceeded to slack off and distract my seat mates with dumb jokes - he used to jokingly call me “quite the social butterfly”. Despite that, he was never anything but kind and patient. Only later in adulthood do I now appreciate his empathy and kind soul.

I think it’s tough to make an impression on a 6th grader, but Mr. Bell certainly did. I remember his wisecracks, literary analysis of The Cay and The Hatchet, history and life lessons. It’s inspiring to read his current students’ tributes - clearly, he has made an impact on decades of students.

You will be missed, Mr. Bell.

My family has known Randy and his family since our girls, Carly and Justine became good friends in grade school while attending St Johns Lutheran School in Orange.  The girls are now 26 and are still very good friends.  Randy had told me a few times throughout the years how happy he was the girls remained such good friends.  He has always been such a pleasant person to talk to and he treated us like we were part of his family.  One Christmas, he and Brenda invited us to spend the holiday with their family. It was a wonderful time eating awesome food and playing games!  
Randy will be dearly missed. We are saying prayers and keeping you all close in our hearts. 


Such a shock! As a member of Club 33 I have known Randy for over 20 years. Such a wonderful soul. He was always kind and professional. He made everyone feel special and made our visits to the Club memorable. I can’t wrap my head around this. Even though he had retired from the Club, he will be sorely missed. My sincere  condolences to Randy’s family and friends. Randy, say hello to Walt for all of us!

I was one of Mr. Bell’s students this year, and he helped me so so much in Core. He always wanted you to do your best because he knew it was best for you, not anyone else. 
He always made funny jokes with the class and made everyone laugh. Sending prayers to the family. 🙏🏻

I am one of Mr. bell’s students he was a great teacher and always told funny stories . I never got to say good bye to him, he told us “ see you next year” but that will never happen; I never got to say thank you for all you’ve done  for me. My condolences to his family.  He once wrote in my yearbook “Emiliano be the best who you were meant to be! sincerely Mr. bell”, I will always remember that sentence and try my hardest to  go above and beyond with my expectations. Thank you Mr. bell.

        Randy was such a fine neighbor.   He was quiet but pleasant.
        His yard and home was immaculate as he seemed to enjoy taking care of it.
