To Miss Dottie:

What a beautiful woman you were, both inwardly and on the outside.  You had such a kind spiritt, and always embodied class and style. Our back yards connected; I’m sure you wished I’d go home at times! (smiling)   I always felt comfortable at your house. You and your daughters were just as much a part of my childhood memories as anyone.  You now live in my memories and the thought of you shall always occupy a warm place in my heart and bring a grateful smile to my face.

The one thing I will miss from my friend is that no matter how much time has gone by  we both enjoyed to laugh. I will forever miss friend Dorothy.

Dearest family,

I’ve never known Mama’s given name because I always greeted her as “Mama!”  Dorothy…. It’s perfect!  She always had a smile and the biggest hugs for me whenever I saw her. She truly was God’s grace and made me feel welcomed and loved. 

I will always be thankful for our moments together and for her giving me one of my most special friends… Audrey. 

My condolences to everyone. I know she is resting with our Lord and Savior in his love and light.
