William Wade Morse

Wade was the third born of four; Dewey Morse eldest, Mary Lou Francis and Margaret Blackard.

Wade's schooling ended in the seventh grade when he left school to help support the family after his father (Jim) broke his back. He then became responsible for running the family farm. As time past, he ventured into the construction business, building homes and roads in various locations. Later in life, Wade owned and operated a trucking business with his wife. Wade loved life, people, bluegrass music and woodworking. With a ready hand to help others in need and a smile that would light up the room.

Wade is survived by wife, LaVergne Morse; Youngest Sister; Margaret Blackard; Daughter, Patricia Conner (Michael); Sons: David Morse, Tommy Morse (Glennda), John Morse (Revonda); 9 Grand Children; 9 Great Grandchildren; 3 Nephews; 4 Nieces; 1 Sister-in-law Debbie Wood (Dale).

A visitation will be held Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 11-12 PM at Baldwin Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel with a Funeral Service beginning at 12 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Park Cemetery.
