Mary Rita Perry

She was born in St. Louis, MO, on January 18, 1944, the daughter of John T. and Helen M. (Stewart) Saffa. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Perry, her parents, and siblings Joan (Saffa) Hutchinson and John Saffa.

Mary Rita married Richard C. Perry on September 12, 1986.

Prior to her retirement, Mary Rita worked in hotel catering. She was a member of the Sanford West Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and a former member of the Inkster and St. Ann Congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Surviving are her five children, Kenneth (wife Leslie) Kientzel of Sanford, FL, Daniel (wife Brandy) Kientzel of Spring, TX, Timothy (wife Teresa) Kientzel of Taylorville, IL, Jonathan Kientzel of Chesterfield, MO, and Joanna (husband Ryan) Followell of Glen Carbon, IL, eight grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM EST Saturday, March 26, 2022 on Zoom with Sean McBride officiating.
