Manley Curtis Hall, 71, of Heathrow, FL died Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Born in Sigourney, Iowa, he was the son of the late Clarence and Margaret Hall. Educated in Iowa, he graduated from Tri-County High School in Thornburg and attended Simpson College in Indianola and William Penn College in Oskaloosa. After college he began a 35 year career with Wells Fargo Corporation, then known as Dial Finance Company.
Manley was known for his kindness, integrity and his love of the outdoors, where he enjoyed playing golf, fishing, bird hunting and other sports.
He is survived by his wife, Esther, of 40 years; his son Brett and daughter-in-law Yebir and grandchildren Kiana and Jakob of Centennial, Colorado; his sister JoAnn Aller (Don) of Belle Plaine, Iowa; and brother Larry (Patricia) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He was preceded in death by both parents and his sister Judy Wolvers of Oskaloosa, Iowa.
A Life Celebration service will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. with reception to follow.
