Joseph graduated from Monsignor Bonner high school and went on to serve in the United States Army as a Military Policeman PFC 1st class. He had a long career at Westinghouse in Lester, Pa. and Orlando Florida as an area manager he retired from Westinghouse after 36 years.
Joe was a loving husband and father of four that enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He was best known for his quick-witted humor and generous spirit.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that those that are able make a donation to the JDRF Foundation a nonprofit organization that funds research for Type 1 Diabetes.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Helen DeMarino, his stepmother Rose DeMarino,
Mother and Father-in-law Mary and Joseph Carey, and his brother -in-law Edward Carey
He is survived by his wife of 61 years Mary; Children, Lucetta Mitchell (John),Joseph J. DeMarino (Valerie), Kevin DeMarino (Andrea), Susan O'Doherty (Kevin); 9 grandchildren, 3 great children; His brother, Nicholas Reinhart(Denise); brother-in-law, Joseph Carey(Margaret); sister- in-laws, Elizabeth Farrell (Thomas),Gail Carey and his nieces and nephews.)
