Benjamin Mark McGhee

He was born in Sanford, Florida on February 16, 1989. Ben graduated from AIU and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting and also received his Master’s Degree in Education.

He worked for Mayfair Country Club while he attended college and then he worked for David Maus Volkswagen. Ben was also an employee for Seminole County Public Schools. He worked for Hopper with emotionally behaved students. He worked for Journeys Academy Alternative School as a math teacher. Former superintendent Walt Griffin placed him at Woodlands Elementary School on a special assignment. He stepped out of education and began working as a surveyor for “On the Mark Surveyors.”

He was a member of FamiLab.

He was preceded in death by Father; John McGhee II (Sale City, GA), Paternal Grandparents; John McGhee I and Marie McGhee, Maternal Grandparents; Bob and Lucille Richardson (Sanford, Florida)

He is survived by Mother; Brenda Kay Richardson McGhee (Sanford, FL), Brothers; John McGhee III (Julie) (Sale City, GA), Jacob McGhee (Kristina) (Casselberry, Fl), Seth McGhee (Coralys) (Asheville, NC), Enoch McGhee (Sanford, FL), Sister; Jolee McGhee (Sale City, GA),Nephews and Nieces; Bobby McGhee (Sanford, FL), Isabella McGhee (Sale City, GL), Baby Noah Benjamin McGhee coming in January (Casselberry, Fl), Kayla Jones (El Paso, TX), Jasmine Jones (New Smyrna Beach, FL).

A Gathering of Family and Friends for Benjamin will be held Sunday, November 10, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 County Road 46A, Sandford, FL 32771. A Celebration Of Life will occur Sunday, November 10, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A Reception will occur Sunday, November 10, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 5000 COUNTY ROAD 46A, SANFORD, FL 32771.
