Donald Stahle, a long time resident of Savannah, Georgia, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on October 8, 2024 at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Gloria Howard Stahle, they were married for 42 years. He is survived by his loving children, Cynthia Colby and her husband Charles of Eatonton, Georgia, Douglas Stahle and his wife, Kris, of Wiscasset, Maine, James Stahle and his wife, Karyn, of Andover, Massachusetts and stepsons Jason Carleton of Decatur, Georgia, Eric Carleton of Atlanta, Georgia, and Price Carleton and his wife Brenda. He was a cherished Grandfather to Joshua, Jonathan, Caroline, Taylor, Tucker, Madison, Tyler, James, Pearl, Alia, Trevi, Nicole, Eva and Chloe, and Great Grandfather to Koharu and Charli Jayne. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to his loving caretaker, Jaki Petrea.
The family plans to have a memorial service and will provide details for friends and family.
