Dear Betsy, Addison, Zach, and the entire Palmer family,

We are so saddened by Brad’s sudden passing. We remember him so fondly, most recently at the wedding of Nicole Van Niman in Williamsburg in April. He was always so kind, helpful, funny, and genuine. We send our deepest sympathy, love, and prayers to all of you.

Dear Betsy, Zack, Addison, Terry, and Family, 

We are all saddened by the loss of Brad.  He was a great family man, Cub Scout leader, and a friend to all.  So many happy memories from Riverside, HIES, camp-outs, trick-or-treating, and the list goes on.  The service was beautiful and honored him greatly.  We will all miss Brad!  Our prayers are with all of you at this very difficult time.

A friend to all and a brother to every other scout. Brad was an active scoutmaster at troop 232 since his son joined at eleven years old. He lead our January campout for several years. The last trip to King’s Bay He and his co-leaders enabled us to tour an active submarine, West Virginia. Somehow he also arranged the launching of a space rocket from Cape  Canaveral as we waited to go into dinner that night. Personally he has been a great friend and true asset to my life. Betsy thank you for sharing him with scouting.

Brad became a bit of an "onscreen personality" (#CRBGfamous) during COVID, when our business calls turned virtual. His appearances, largely in the background, centered around muffled quick conversation, handing printouts to Betsy, and, importantly - Chick-Fil-A delivery.

I share this memory now because, to those of us on the calls, the real truth of his appearances was plainly so much more significant than what happened onscreen. We saw a man who loved and cared for his wife so incredibly much that no task was too small in support of her happiness and success. It's how I think of Brad Palmer now and will always remember him.

Brad and Betsy were our neighbors on Bridgewater in Sandy Springs. He was always smiling and upbeat. Always interested in others. Such a kind, patient and caring father. God speed Brad.

I always loved running into Brad because he was so nice and always made you feel good.
He was also my son Jack’s Boy Scout leader and was amazing with those boys. He will be missed by everyone. Love to Betsy and their family.
