Born in Andover to Lewis Muise and Eva Zecchini, Ron was a proud graduate of Punchard High School in Andover and attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. Ron also served his country as a member of the U.S. Army 66th Engineering Company.
Ron is survived by his beloved bride, Catherine Muise, his son, Douglas Muise, his daughter and son-in-law, Susan (Muise) and Peter Pascucci, his son and daughter-in-law, Dana Muise and Leigh Beisch, and his son, Bradley Muise. He was the cherished “Papa” to his grandchildren, Amy (Pascucci) and Xavier Brown, April Pascucci, Luke Pascucci, Eva Muise,
and Lucinda Muise. Ron is also survived by his sister, Beverly Petrow, his nephew, James Volker, and was predeceased by his brother, Myron Muise, and sister, Dorothy Volker.
Ron will be remembered for his bold personality, quirky sense of humor, and love of life. He loved art, music, history, good food, and good company. In his spare time, he built model
planes, restored antique cars, and was a member of the Bay State Corvair Club. An architect in the industrial kitchen industry, Ron enjoyed a long career at Jacob Licht, Inc. In retirement, he
could be seen giving tours to visitors at the historic Sandwich Grist Mill or driving his antique car in a local parade.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8th at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 154 Route 6A Sandwich. A burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery will be private.
