Lisa Taylor

She was born on July 20, 1963 in Smithtown, NY, the daughter of Katharina (Silbernagel) and Frederick G. Serterides. She grew up living around the world, moving from New York to Kansas City, Germany, Saudi Arabia, back to Kansas City, and eventually to, and graduating from, Peabody High School, in 1981. She went on to receive her bachelor’s degree from Salem State College in 1986.

Lisa was united in marriage to James Edward Taylor on November 26, 1983 in Salem, MA. She had a career working for various airlines at Logan Airport, and later became a Registered Nurse, working in the psychiatric field.

Lisa enjoyed traveling, good books, traveling, good movies, traveling, and long walks ending in beautiful sunsets. And traveling.

Preceding her in death is her mother, Katharina.

Surviving family members are her loving husband James, of their home in Sandwich, her father Frederick, and her three wonderful children, Caitlin, Elisabeth, and Evan.

There will be calling hours with the family on Friday, February 5, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 154 Rte. 6A, Sandwich, MA 02563.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, February 6, at 11:00 AM, at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 154 Rte. 6A, in Sandwich.
