Chuck Yat Kin was born in Zhongshan China. She passed away in Cupertino, California at the age of 96. Her father, Chuck Zhuo, was born in San Francisco Chinatown and married to Zhou Xiao in China. She had 3 other siblings: Nan Fung, Stanley and Walter.
She was a skilled seamstress and enjoyed sewing. At age 21, she married to Tsang Kan Shing. They had two sons and five daughters.
After China and the United States re-established diplomatic relations in 1979, her citizenship was re-instated. In 1981, she left China, together with her children, and settled down in San Jose, California. Her growing family gave her great joy. She enjoyed spending time with and caring for her grandchildren.
On December 29, 2008, she accepted Christ as her Savior and Lord. She lived a blessed life with 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Her life is a testament to God's great mercy and grace. Surely God’s goodness and love will follow her all the days of her life.
